Mongolian beef is pretty easy to make..Tastes great...
Ingredients:
For marinating-
Beef:300 gms,undercut strips
Corn flour:2 tbsp
Soya sauce:1/2 tbsp
Egg:1,beaten
Oil for deep frying
For gravy-
Oil:2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste:3 tsp
Capsicum:1,sliced
Spring onion:1,chopped
Tomato:1,diced
Tomato ketchup:2 tbsp
Hot sauce:1 tbsp
Ginger:2 tsp
Soya sauce:1 tsp
Chicken stock:1 cup
Corn flour:2 tbsp(dissolved in water)
Preparation:
Marinate beef for 1 hour..
Deep fry till golden brown..
Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes..
Add capsicum,spring onion and stir for 2 minutes..
Add diced tomato,ketchup,hot sauce,shredded ginger,soya sauce and 1 cup chicken stock…
Add the corn flour slowly and mix well..
Then add the fried beef and cook for 3 minutes…
Serve hot with rice…
