Oats and honey home made face mask

Oats and honey face mask is so easy to make at home..This face mask can be used on dry skin..It gives a glow to the skin..

Ingredients:

Oats:3 tbsp

Water:2 tsp

Honey:2 tbsp

Preparation:

Take  the oats in a mixer..

Powder the oats without adding any water...

Once the oats has been powdered put that in a bowl..

Add the water to it and mix well..

Now add the honey to the oats mixture..

Oats and honey face mask is ready!

Now wash your face with water and pat dry..

Apply the face mask on your face and neck...

Leave it on your face and neck for 20 minutes..

Wash away the mask...

Pat dry wih a face towel..

Homemade cucumber facial:

1.Simply chop the cucumber in to small pieces..

2.Put the chopped pieces in a blender..

3.Grind to a fine paste..

4.Do not add any water..

5.Wash your face with water and pat dry..

6.Simply apply to the face..

7.Remove the face mask after 15 minutes with water and pat dry..


While you are putting on a mask for your face,you can also place 2 slices of cucumber on your eyes..It helps reduce dark circles...

Exercises are essential to keep your body trim and fit..These tummy flattening exercises also help to get rid of bloating.Even if you have had a caesarean and want to have a flat tummy,these exercises work out great.
All you need is a mat..You need to do these exercises on a flat surface..Please do not use a mattress..
1.Stand erect joing both the feet..
Bend down and touch your toes by keeping legs straight at the knees..
Repeat it ten to fifteen times.
2.Lie down on your back and fold both your legs..
Move the legs in a cycling motion..
3.Sit on the floor with your legs stretched on the front.
Try to touch your toes without bending your knees.
Do this ten times.
4.Lie down on the ground.
Lift both your legs.
Lift your head and try to hold your toes so that the entire weight in centred on the waist.
5.Stand straight.
Bend slowly to your right and touch the floor..
Straighten yourself..
Now bend towarsd the left and touch the floor..
Repeat this for another 5 times..
6.Lie down on your back..
Slowly lift your head and tighten your abdominal muscles for few seconds..
Slowly release your muscles and lie back again..
Repeat this for 5 times.
7.Lie down on your back and stretch both the arms parallel to the floor.
Lift up your right knee and bend it towards your chest..
Take it to the normal position..
Now lift up your left knee and bend it towards your chest..
Repeat this  5 times.
8.sit on the floor in a squatting position..
Stretch your arms forward..
Now walk slowly in this position.
Do this 4 times.
9.Stand straight joing your heels.
Keep your arms tucked at the back.
Take a step forward while bending.
Go back to original position.
Repeat 3 times.
10.Stand with your feet apart.
Bend and touch your left big toe with your right hand.
Then bend and tough your right big toe with your left hand.
Do this ten times.

Pedicure - How to do pedicure at home

Pedicure can be done at  home itself so easily..Follow the steps below..
Remove nail polish with a nail polish remover..
Take a basin and pour lukewarm in it..
Add a little shampoo,a pinch of soda-bicarb and a few drops of hydrogen peroxide ot it..
You can also add little shampoo and squeeze out juice from 2 lemons in to this water if you cannot get soda-bicarb and hydrogen peroxide..
Dip your feet in this water..
Rub nails and clean them..
Clean your heels with a pumice stone..
Wipe your legs dry..
Give shape to your nails and rub with a filer to a round shape..
Clean nails with a nail brush or use an old tooth brush..
You can also clean the tips and sides of the nails with cotton wool wrapped on orange stick..
Rub oil on the nail so that it soaks in..
This will keep the nail healthy and the cuticle also will soften..
Push back the dead skin with a pusher or the flat end of orange stick..
Rub it with a sand paper or cut it with scissors..
Wipe off all the dirt and grease off your feet and wash them thoroughly before applying ay nail polish..

1.Take a spoonful of sugar and juice of a lemon on your palm and rub them together with your palms till sugar melts.You can replace the sugar with honey if you want.
2.For oily skin – Make a paste of oat flour and lemon juice and rub well on your face.This also helps prevent pimples.
3.Carrot juice can be applied on the face.Chop carrots in to small pieces and boil these in water..Then mash and apply on the face for half an hour.
4.Tomato juice and lemon juice can be mixed in equal quantity and applied.It helps to clean clogged pores.
5.For oily skin – Add a small quantity of milk and lemon juice in oat flour.Apply this mixture on the face and leave for twenty minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.This can remove unwanted facial hair as well.
6.Cucumber juice is also good for the skin and rubbed on the skin.
7.For dry skin – Take a banana and mash it with your hands.Then add a spoonful of rose water and 2 drops of glycerine.Apply on the face for 30 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water.
8.For oily skin – Chp an apple in to pices.Make a paste of the pieces.Apply on the face for 30 minutes and wash with lukewarm water.Apple nourishes the skin.
9.Peel an orange,boil the pulpy part in clean water for fifteen minutes and strain it when it gets cold.This can be used as a lotion for velvety skin.
10.Water melon pieces can be rubbed on the skin if it has been affected by heat.Water melon absorbs heat.
11.Raspberry juice is excellent for removing make up and dust particles.So simply rub peeled raspberries on the skin.

Ingredients:

Take the sugar syrup,lemon juice,mustard oil and water in a pan..
Brew this mixture on medium heat for about forty five minutes…
This mixture will turn brown after forty five minutes..
Once it turns brown remove it from the flame..
Add little glycerine to the mixture..
Let this mixture cool..
Homemade cold wax is ready to use..
